Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes. Deposits are NON-refundable, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking period will result in loss of deposit. If you would like to reschedule your booking the deposit can be moved and applied to the newly rescheduled date as long as that is done prior to 24 hours of your booking period.
